It is SBI's responsibility to announce that Christopher Judge cannot attend our 2006 convention. Mr. Judge deeply regrets this sudden but necessary change.
It is very difficult to replace an amazing actor like Chris, but we believe we were able to pull off the impossible. We are extremely proud to announce the addition of Jonathan Frakes. Star Trek: The Next Generations's Number One; his first appearance in Indianapolis.
Jonathan will be joining us for Sunday ONLY! He will be unable to attend the dinner, but will be signing autographs and participate in the photo ops. For those of you that purchased a Chris photo op, you can transfer this to another photo op or receive a refund. (Remember, convention memberships are not refundable.) If you have already purchased a Christopher Judge photo op, you can transfer it to a different photo op or get a full $40 refund at registration. The best we could work out with Jonathan for a photo op with autograph was $50. To transfer your Chris photo op to Jonathan, you will need to pay an additional $10. If you would like to transfer your photo op ticket to Katee, it is an even trade. Any other photo op trades will result in a $10 refund. All money transfers will be done the weekend of the convention at registration. IF you want to transfer your Christopher Judge to a Jonathan Frakes photo op, please email our registration department so we can change it in your pre-reg packet.

ONLY 13 DAYS BEFORE PRICES INCREASE
We have decided to extend the online registration to Friday, November 17th at 12:00 AM EST. After this, the only way you can purchase a convention membership OR convention merchandise is at registration. Single day passes are now available online. Entrance prices will increase at the door, so order your tickets today!
ALSO, if you would like preferred seating or a ticket to the Dinner with the Stars, you must pre-order these items. Preferred seating will NOT be sold at the door, no exceptions and the dinner will be extremely limited! To guarantee a dinner ticket, you must purchase this online. Dinner is only sold with preferred seating. The cheapest seats are in the fifth and sixth rows for $190. This would give you preferred seating, dinner, and a full weekend pass, plus autographs. If you purchase your weekend tickets at the door and a dinner, you will pay $230. Save yourself $40 and buy online TODAY!!!

STAY WHERE THE FUN IS...

The convention hotel is filling up fast. If you have not made your reservations, you should call the Marriott immediately. If you want to be close to the convention hotel, but can't afford the $82 convention room rate, you can save about $10 a night by rooming at the LaQuinta Inn next door. If you are interested in making a reservation, call Angela in reservations at 317.352.1231. If you have any problems making your reservations, contact Kim Huff.
COME CELEBRATE DINNER WITH THE STARS AT AMBROSIA FEST
Last year Starbase Indy had an Hawaiian Luau, this year the theme is Greco-Roman / Egyptian. Although dressing in theme is not required, we hope you will all join in the fun. So when picking your wardrobe, think egyptian, flowing robes and togas. Remember, this is a BYOS party. Bring Your Own Sheet!!

MASQUERADE CONTEST - SIGN UP ONLINE
Sign up for the Masquerade and win back some of your registration money. That's right, we have money prizes this year. We will hold the masquerade on FRIDAY at 8PM. For those of you that cannot make it in time for the Friday masquerade, you will have another chance to win prizes during our hall contest. People wearing costumes on Saturday will be judged by our staff. If you win, they will stop you and give you a goodie bag. Click here to fill out the masquerade entry form.
EB GAMES - GAMESTOP TOURNAMENT
Although we do not have all the details yet on this new event, EB Games will be holding a tournament at this year's convention in the evening. Once we have all the details we will list all the necessary info on our website, www.starbaseindy.com. We would like to thank EB Games for agreeing to sponsor one of our programming events.
REMEMBER TO BRING TOYS FOR THE TOTS
We have had so many requests for the Marines and the Toys for Tots. After a great deal of calling and hooking up with the right people, thanks Tim Gurbick, we are happy to announce that the Toys for Tots will once again be back to Starbase Indy. Please be sure to bring your new toys for donation and help the Marines help those kids less fortunate.
WHAT'S A CONVENTION WITHOUT...
ROOM PARTIES?
We know that everyone enjoys the festivities during the day, but many people look forward to the evening parties. This year, the party area is located on the ground floor between rooms 138 and 164. Barfleet will host "Dionysian Delirium" in the Richard Allen Suite (160/164) and the Room Party Group will entertain in rooms 149/151. While this will be Barfleet's inagural party at SBI, the Room Party Group has been holding parties at SBI for many years.
